Features

The sine wave filter converts the PWM output voltage waveform (square wave) from the inverter into a sine wave. The main applications include surge voltage suppression, countermeasures against voltage reflection due to cable length, and insulation protection at the motor terminals. The cable length from the inverter to the motor has been used with proven results up to 2000 meters.

Selection Method

When selecting the sine wave filter, ensure that the current does not exceed the motor’s full-load current (A). It is also possible to select based on the current values of general-purpose inverters.

Product Lineup

The sine wave filter lineup is available for power supply voltages of 400V, with inverter carrier frequencies of 4kHz or higher. Additionally, filters for power supply voltages of 200V and inverter carrier frequencies of 2kHz can also be designed and manufactured.
