Small internal volume, approximately 3ml.
Utilizes SUS316L diaphragm to reduce external leakage and maintain purity.
Manufactured in a Class 10,000 cleanroom for purity preservation (excluding brass parts).
Equipped with an integrated filter on the inlet side to prevent outlet flow (internal leakage).
Optional helium leak testing available, guaranteeing a rate of 1.3×10^-7m3/sec or less.
