Features

Much smaller than conventional S-LABO regulators, allowing cylinder connection (with an internal volume of approximately 3ml).
Maintains balance and safety even with small gas containers.
Utilizes SUS316L diaphragm for reduced external leakage and purity maintenance, produced in a Class 10,000 cleanroom.
Suitable for a wide range of gas types as it does not use O-rings in the gas connection.
Equipped with a blow port on the lower side of the regulator.
Features an integrated filter on the inlet side to prevent outlet flow (internal leakage).
