Evolved Super Fine Grinding
Conventional wheels load quickly and lose efficiency. Operators try to improve performance by dressing the wheel, but this causes heavy wear. To overcome these issues, we developed the Nanoera wheel.
We engineered Nanoera using our high-dispersion mixing technology, which minimizes cohesion of sub-micron abrasive grains and optimizes particle arrangement to prevent loading. When loading starts, the wheel’s self-dressing mechanism automatically forms the ideal grinding surface for each condition and material.
As a result, Nanoera cuts unnecessary wheel wear, avoids long grinding under loading, and greatly improves cost efficiency.

Characteristics of Nanoera

We disperse sub-micron particles uniformly, reducing chipping and scratching.
The wheel breaks loading during grinding, maintaining stable efficiency.
We arrange abrasive particles to promote natural self-dressing, enabling no-dressing grinding and extending wheel life.
