NX / NX2
A new type of aluminum oxide, NX grain, consists of a very small polycrystalline microstructure.Conventional aluminum oxide fuses and remains mostly monocystalline, whereas NX uses a different composition.
Owing to its polycrystalline microstructure, only a small volume of the grit wears away under grinding forces.
The grit maintains its sharpness and gives above 4 times the life of conventional wheels, which offers dramatically longer life, better performance, and higher productivity.
The monocystalline aluminum oxide added to the special ceramics causes NX2 grain to fracture easily.Therefore, the grit maintains its sharpness as NX grain. It offers good performance and much lower grinding cost.

ADVANCED BOND SYSTEM

We developed the NX/NX2 bond-based ceramic grinding technology, offering superior grain performance. This allows us to choose the best bond for each grinding condition, producing Vitrified and Polynoid (Resinoid) bond wheels.
