Okazaki RESIOPAK® Mineral Insulated Resistance Thermometer Sensor

Manufacturer: Okazaki Manufacturing Company
Features
- Wider Application Range
- Since the outer diameter is small, you can measure the temperature of small targets for a wide temperature range of -200 to +500℃.
- High Response
- Since the tube is thin and the heat capacity is small, RESIOPAK is sensitive to minor temperature changes and responds quickly.
- Easier Handling
- Since the bending processing is easy (the minimum bend radius is two times longer than the sheath outer diameter), you can easily install the sensor at sites in places with many bends. (However, the tip of 70 mm is excluded)
- Longer Product Life
- Since the RESIOPAK sheathed resistance thermometer sensor’s conducting wire and resistance element are insulated and sealed with chemically stable magnesium oxide, the product life is longer than conventional resistance thermometer sensors for aging change, disconnection, etc.
- Excellent Mechanical Strength/Vibration Resistance
- The sensor can be used even under the conditions of a place with vibration, corrosive atmosphere, etc.
- Sheath Outer Diameter Manufacturing Available
- We can manufacture a sheath outer diameter φ0.8 to φ12.75 mm. Up to φ1.0 mm is available for the minimum temperature sensing part outer diameter.
- Sheath Length Manufacturing Available
- We can manufacture up to 300 m depending on the sheath outer diameter.
- Special Needs Handling
- Since the sheath outer diameter is small and bending processing is easy, the sensor can be installed in a small space without disturbing the flow of the target to be measured. We have many types of sheath outer diameter and can also manufacture a single sheath with two elements (six conducting wires). We handle a wide range of needs with various outer diameters.
