Butterfly valves with excellent chemical resistance and sealing properties for pharmaceuticals, food and industrial use OKM’s fluororesin lined butterfly valves use Teflon fluoride resins PTFE and PTA in the areas that come into contact with fluids. They demonstrate stable performance in a wide range of fields, from pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals to pure water systems for electronics.
High corrosion resistance and durability
The high corrosion resistance and adhesion prevention properties of fluororesin lining (PTFE/PFA) make it ideal for strong acids, gases, food, etc. Furthermore, the unique internal structure prevents fluid retention, ensuring even greater durability and cleanliness.
Adopting a new valve body seal structure
The valve body uses a backup rubber for extra support, which plays a crucial role in enhancing performance. As the rubber compresses, it applies pressure to the outer edge of the valve disc, forcing it against the seat. Furthermore, to improve airtightness, the design raises the center of the seat slightly inward. This innovative feature ensures that the valve disc fits snugly, creating a perfect seal. These enhancements guarantee optimal functionality and leak prevention, providing superior durability and reliability in all applications.
High heat and pressure resistance allows it to withstand harsh environments
Even under conditions of 150℃ and 1.0MPa, the sealability and operability remain unchanged. High heat resistance, pressure resistance, and durability allow it to withstand harsh environments.
Triple-sealed construction to prevent leakage
The primary seal is made by pressing the seat against the valve disc. The secondary seal is an O-ring. And the tertiary stem seal is a tapered bush. This triple seal structure completely prevents any seal leakage outside the piping.
