Unique mechanism enables high performance at 2.0MPa pressure and -50 to 400℃, with self-sealing for tight shutoff.
The new mechanism uses fluid pressure to create a tight attachment between the valve body and seat, with higher pressure further enhancing sealing performance for high reliability. Additionally, the structure keeps the fluid and seat securely attached, regardless of the pressure direction.
Double eccentric mechanism for long life and low torque
The design maintains a non-contact state between the valve disc and seat until just before full closure by creating eccentricity at points A and B. This double eccentric mechanism offers two advantages.
1. Double eccentric valve body structure
Since there is little friction between the body seat and the valve disc, the seat has a longer life and can be operated with minimal torque.
2. Replacing the seat is extremely easy
By removing the set pin on the set ring on the main body, the sheet can be removed, making it easy to replace the sheet on site.
Three seats for wide range
We offer three types of sheets: synthetic rubber sheets, Teflon R sheets, and metal sheets. They can handle a wide range of fluids and control conditions, from slurry sludge and chemicals to high-pressure steam.
1. Synthetic rubber sheet
General-purpose butterfly valves are suitable for controllable high-temperature fluids up to 150°C and abrasive sandy mixed fluids.
2. Teflon sheet
It can also be used with highly corrosive chemicals and high-temperature fluids up to 232°C.
3. Metal sheet
It can be used for high-temperature fluids that cannot be controlled with rubber or Teflon R , and can be used as a replacement for gate valves, globe valves, and ball valves.
