Features

This chuck is a hollow collet chuck with replaceable jaws, and is manufactured in two types with a maximum gripping diameter of 60Ø and 120Ø.
It is connect to a hollow rotary cylinder with a pipe and is used for rear discharge of chips and extrusion of workpieces.
It can use in an extremely wide range of installations, and provides high precision and reliable gripping.

Each part is made of special steel that is heat-treated and ground to ensure long-term accuracy, and can be easily changed by replacing the replacement jaws.
The replacement nails are made from S55C, so they can be heat treated and used as baked nails. We also manufacture special shaped replacement nails.
