Efficient volume reduction of sedimentation basin sludge and filter basin backwash wastewater. Effective use of the sun drying bed and miniaturization of the dehydrator are possible.
Features
High efficiency, high concentration
Compressed air is used to fill/pressurize the cylindrical module with sludge for filtration and concentration. It is possible to achieve a concentration ratio of 3 to 4 times.
Low turbidity filtrate
A special filter cloth with high turbidity removal function is used. Filtrate always has low turbidity of 5 degrees or less.
Easy maintenance
Maintenance is easy because there are no moving parts. No special maintenance is required other than periodic inspection/cleaning of the valves.
Applicable to a wide range of conditions
Settings can be easily changed using a touch panel, and various conditions such as raw sludge concentration and temperature can be handled.
Can be unmanned
The schedule function enables complete unmanned operation. Concentration using low-cost nighttime electricity is also possible.
