[Protech Saver Adoption Guidelines]

Protech Saver fits Tamajima valves and flanges as a standard, covering both sides of pipe insulation. For other valves, provide actual dimensions or catalog copies. Indicate if insulation is present (あり) or absent (なし) on one or both sides of the pipe.

When ordering, clearly mark locations (e.g., “B-〇〇”) and include pressure (e.g., 10 kg/cm²), shape, part numbers, insulation type (indoor/outdoor), temperature, and thickness.

Standard insulation does not work for standalone valves in bypass piping. For steam headers, specify the pipe diameter from the valve center to the header.

For tanks or external piping, submit catalog copies or diagrams. Catalog drawings alone cannot produce pumps.

■ Handling Precautions

• Steam condensation may cause steam to hit Protech Saver directly, turning the glass fibers brittle and powdery, resulting in holes. Fix steam condensation before attaching Protech Saver.
• In low-temperature flanges or valve applications (below 0°C), gaps between Protech Saver and the insulated body may cause frost or icing. Please consider this in advance.
