Achieves high pressure pumping, metered proportional injection and automated control.
The discharge accuracy of the system is exceptionally high, with reproducibility within ±0.5%. Moreover, the discharging volume can be adjusted both steplessly and linearly by modifying either the stroke length or the rotation speed. This flexibility allows it to handle liquids with viscosities ranging from as low as 0.2 mPa·s to as high as 50,000 mPa·s. Additionally, we can manufacture systems capable of operating at high temperatures, up to 320°C, as well as extremely low temperatures, down to -180°C.
Thanks to its fully sealed design, the system offers highly efficient refueling, making it an ideal choice for long-term operation and outdoor installation. Furthermore, the wetted parts are available in a variety of materials, including stainless steel, Hastelloy, Carpenter, Stellite, Titanium, WC alloy, Ceramic, Teflon, PVC, and Acrylic Resin. Depending on the specific application, we also provide diaphragm types and double-seal types designed for slurries and hazardous liquids.
In addition to this versatility, we offer a wide range of drive units, from large-scale models to more compact, space-saving options, ensuring that we can meet the needs of various operational environments.
