This sand filter is ideal for wastewater filtration, using sand as the filter medium to capture suspended solids (SS). It removes trace amounts of heavy metal suspended solids and fine floating matter contained in wastewater to below regulated values, stabilizing the quality of the treated water.

The patented circuit automatically performs the backwash operation reliably and stably, ensuring the permanent use of the filler media.
It operates fully automatically regardless of fluctuations in the raw water flow rate, so you can operate it with peace of mind, ensuring that you always receive reliable treated water quality.
The installation area is small and the unit is modularized to facilitate easy installation work.
Depending on the composition of the raw water quality, an air backwash mechanism can be installed.
In particular, for wastewater from metal surface treatment plants, where water quality is unstable and difficult to treat, this system can reliably filter out trace amounts of heavy metal hydroxides and minute suspended solids, stabilizing the treated water quality to below the regulated value.
As a closed system device, it is also effective when combined with pretreatment devices such as COD removal, RO, and ion exchange.
