It is a level gauge that can display the liquid level by reversing the rotor of the indicator attached to the outside of the pipe by the magnetic force of the float with a built-in magnet inside the pipe.
Maintainability
- There is no need to replace consumable parts such as gauge glasses and gaskets.
Visibilility
- Vapor phase can be displayed in red and liquid phase in green.
- The visible length can be displayed up to the same range as the mounting length.
- Since there is no direct contact with liquid, there is no deterioration in visibility due to dirt.
Weight Saving
- It is lighter than the gauge glass type with the same visible length.
Scalability
- By using a level switch (alarm contact) and an analog 4-20mA level transmitter together, it is possible to control and remotely monitor the liquid level.
Notes
- If iron scraps adhere to the outside of the float after long years of use, it may cause malfunction.
- Periodically remove the float and clean it.
- When using in a steam boiler, if there is a temperature difference before and after operation, the liquid position will shift.

Memory sensor
In order to prevent the overflow of dangerous liquid tanks, etc., an upper limit sensor can be attached to provide a full tank alarm, and an empty tank alarm can be attached to the lower limit, and can be used in combination as a controller. (Intrinsically safe explosion-proof specifications are also available.) Compared to conventional pulse signal sensors, automatic alarm and liquid level control circuits can be easily assembled. Even if there is a power failure, the state is memorized, so there is no need to reset it. If the mounting direction is reversed upside down, the signal after passing the float will be turned ON/OFF.
