Features
Raku double points (17H, 21H, SDS-max) have sharp edges
- Since the edge is sharp, it can bite and bite into crushed objects well, and the improved crushing capacity improves work efficiency.
- Because the edge lasts for a long time, it can be used for a longer time than conventional products.
- When regrinding after wear, the amount of grinding is small, and the edge can be regenerated in a short time.
Features of Raku Double Point (excluding SDS-plus axis)
Raku Double Point has our own special alloy tool steel joined to the tip by friction welding. In addition, the shank is made of structural alloy steel, and is evenly heat-treated and shot-peened so that the impact is fully transmitted to the cutting edge. If it wears out, it can be polished with a normal whetstone. Forging is also possible in the same way as for ordinary products. Be sure to use oil for quenching.
