This clamp boasts a design tailored for vertical lifting and handling of pre-assembled steel rods, uniquely shaped bars, and round bars.
Additionally, if you can’t physically access the clamp, you can seamlessly operate its center lever-type open lock with a remote control rope, locking it into an open position.
Furthermore, as you move the remote control lever upward, the side stopper on the clamp’s body jumps into action.
This feature plays a crucial role in keeping reinforcing rods in place, especially when the rods exert pressure.
To enhance its durability and strength, we’ve treated the special alloy steel cam with high-frequency quenching.
When you secure this clamp onto a reinforced steel rod, the combination of curved holding plates and the cam produces a formidable clamping force, ensuring the workpiece remains tightly held.

Example of use:

When the remote control lever is moved upward, the cam clamped a reinforcing rod and the slide stopper engages simultaneously.
To release the reinforcing rod, move the stopper of the side stopper downward
Then pull down the rope attached to the remote control lever.
