When you pull the handle toward yourself, it creates a deliberate gap in the door, allowing steam and hot air to escape—an important safety feature. By pressing the handle lever, you activate a 6 mm stroke in the stopper, which firmly seals the door.

The latch-type receiver adds an extra layer of safety, as it prevents stress on the oven body or handle, even if someone operates it incorrectly. You can also temporarily close the door just by gently pushing it—this applies when using models FA-681-S-1 or FA-681-S-2.

If you prefer a trigger-style option, we also offer the FA-681-T version. The plastic lever is designed with low thermal conductivity, making it ideal for high-heat environments. And for installation flexibility, you can choose between right-opening and left-opening types. (The diagram and photo here illustrate the right-opening version.)
