FEATURES
High-speed Material Feed at 50 m/min
By gripping the tail end, the workpiece can be fed at the maximum feed rate of 50 m/min. The automatic hydraulic gripper grips the tail end of the workpiece and feeds the workpiece at a high speed. The mechanism to accommodate workpiece distortion is also provided.
3-axis Simultaneous Drilling and Automatic Drill Rotation Speed Setting
Three drills on three axes work to complete drilling in the shortest possible time. Since all drill axes can automatically be decelerated by pressure switches, there is no need to make limit adjustments. Simply input drill diameters.
Easy Operation with an Interactive Computer
The CNC system helps to automatically create programs simply by tapping on-screen buttons in response to inquiries from the computer for fully automatic operation. Operator-friendly graphics (pictograms and charts) are helpful.
