High performance, high efficiency toy
RZ is a high-performance grinding wheel that uses micro-structured polycrystalline composite abrasive grains composed of non-melting alumina ceramic. Sub-micron fine crushing has resulted in a grinding wheel that cuts with little wear.
The performance difference is 2 to 6 times that of conventional WA wheels, which leads to a significant reduction in processing time. It also has excellent cost performance because it is less likely to clog and maintains its cutting power even when the diameter is small. It can also be easily molded, which is difficult with CBN wheels. Depending on the grinding conditions, you can choose from five types: RZ, RZW, RZi, RZS, and RZ Dolce. By using it together with the dedicated RZ dresser, you can expect even greater effects.
