Rail Station

The system has been made lighter than conventional rail stations, making it easier to assemble.
It can be combined with air balancers, servo balancers, electric chain hoists, air chain hoists, and similar equipment.

Features of this product

• The risk of falling or damage is low, and it is the only rail officially approved by Toyota Motor Corporation. It complies with their safety standards.
• Because the travelling rail forms part of the structural frame, it is suitable even in environments with low ceiling heights.
• No special skills are required for assembly; installation is easy.
  (A forklift, crane, etc. is required as assembly aids.)
• The operating force for X-Y travel (traversing rail / trolley travel) is light and smooth thanks to the use of KNIGHT aluminum rails.

Precautions

1. When using this product, please ensure that it is operated within a range that avoids overall impact or shock.
   Applying strong impact may shorten the lifespan of the rails or rail station, or may cause damage to individual components.

2. Do not pull the load at an angle.
   Doing so may cause the rail station to tip over.

3. As an option, it is possible to secure the unit using anchor bolts (see the right-side illustration).

4. If the load exceeds 500 kg, notification in accordance with crane regulations is required.
   Additional documents are available. Please contact our sales department.

5. A ceiling crane or similar lifting equipment is required for assembly.
   Please prepare the necessary equipment depending on the installation conditions.

6. The warranty for this product follows the Syntech Warranty Regulations (see the end section).

General Terms

When using our products, the following conditions apply.
Please read and accept the details below before use.

1. Warranty Period
   The warranty period for our products is one year from the date of delivery.
   Some products have defined durability limits, replacement cycles, or consumable parts.
   Please check each individual product description for details.

2. Scope of Warranty
   If a malfunction or defect attributable to our company becomes apparent during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected part(s) as necessary.
   However, this warranty covers only defects originating from our products themselves, and any damages induced by product failure are excluded from coverage.

3. Other Warranty Conditions
   For additional warranty information, please refer to the warranty and disclaimer sections included with each individual product.

About the Knight Rail System

Our Knight Rail System differs in some specifications from the Knight Rail System manufactured in the United States.
Warranty claims should be processed through our company.
Within the U.S., warranties are handled directly by Knight.
Wear on trolleys and rollers is not covered by warranty.

If not used under the conditions specified in the handling and operation manuals for aluminum or steel rail systems, the product may not be eligible for warranty coverage.

Repairs performed overseas are considered within our warranty scope; however, travel, transportation, and shipping expenses must be borne by the customer.
