Aluminum rails are lightweight and extruded, making operating loads lighter — this is their key advantage.

Steel Rails

Steel rails are characterized by their compact size yet high load capacity.

• They are equipped with drop-prevention pins, ensuring safety even if the trolley fails.
• Hangers and end trucks use patented rail-through bolts, reducing the risk of falling.
• The trolleys have an anti-check-up mechanism (prevents lifting), eliminating rattling during product transport.
• Side rollers are installed on the trolleys, preventing lateral wobbling.
• Telescopes and rails can also be used vertically.
• The tool rail is ergonomically designed to minimize the force required for horizontal transfer of heavy loads.
• Smooth operation allows heavy items to be moved with less effort.

Steel Rails (Steel)

There are four types of Knight steel rails:

• 2-inch steel rail (Load capacity: 200 kg)
• 4-inch steel rail (Load capacity: 250 kg)
• 6-inch steel rail (Load capacity: 490 kg)
• 7-inch steel rail (Load capacity: 490 kg)

Please select according to your application and load requirements.

※ The standard length is 6 meters, but we can cut it to your desired size.
※ Units of 70 pieces (6 m each) can be painted in your specified color.
