Tohkemy NN-200 / 210 Time Sharing Proportional Control Water Quality Controller

Manufacturer: Tohkemy Corporation
Model:  NN-200 / 210

Features

Compact design saves installation space. The depth is as small as 150 mm, and it can be attached to a commercially available control panel.
Adopting a high angle meter, it is possible to read accurately over a wide range despite its compact size.
Proportional control is possible at the same cost as ON-OFF control by the time division proportional control function.|
By adopting a relay (AC230V 2.5A) with a large contact capacity, it is possible to operate the pump and solenoid valve directly.

Example of use

Continuous Neutralization: Regulates pH in continuous raw water streams before discharging via overflow. Controlling the grout pump’s runtime optimizes chemical dosing toward target pH values. High-pH applications can employ a two-stage adjustment process for better control.
Batch Neutralization: Treats fixed daily discharge volumes by collecting the entire batch in a tank, then continuously circulating and stirring the liquid for slow, highly reliable pH adjustment. While requiring more processing time, this method guarantees complete treatment of high-pH wastewater.
Carbon Dioxide Neutralization: Neutralizes raw water (pH 8 to 11) safely using carbon dioxide gas. To manage high-pressure $\text{CO}_2$ injection precisely, the system combines NN2000 and PXR5 PID controllers.
Redox (Oxidation-Reduction) Treatment: Uses sodium hypochlorite to sterilize (oxidize) bacteria-laden wastewater, followed by a reducing agent to neutralize excess sterilizing power. An ORP (oxidation-reduction potential) meter drives the entire control process.
