Integrated Flushing: Built-in path prevents seal damage from chemical crystallization.
High Accuracy: Manual stroke adjustment in 0.2% increments achieves $\pm1\%$ F.S. accuracy (10%–100% stroke range).
External Interlocking Operation (Control Type)
Pulse Mode: Standard (1:1), division (1:N), and multiplication (N:1) modes (N = 0.01–99.9) for proportional injection with pulse flow meters.
Analog Mode: Proportional stroke speed control via 0/4–20mA DC signals.
Batch Mode: Delivers precise pre-set dosages via manual buttons or external signals.
Remote On/Off: Remote start/stop via contact inputs.
Additional Features & Specifications
Optional Output Relay: Alarm and stroke-paging signal outputs.
Power Supply: 100–230VAC $\pm10\%$ (50/60Hz) for Control Type; motor-dependent for Basic Type.
Protection & Environment: IP55 enclosure (non-explosion-proof; protect from direct weather/sunlight).
