Application

• Tightening torque data management
• Collects tightening torque data in work environments where an FD/FDD type of wireless torque wrench cannot be used.

Features

• CSPLD wired data transfer preset torque wrenches display tightening torque Pass/Fail judgments on the body’s LED display for easy, close-at-hand confirmation.
• The LED lamp indicates the tool to be used, letting the worker select the appropriate tool without hesitation. (* Separate management software is required to display this. Contact Tohnichi for more information.)
• Considerably more compact: Transmitter case size is only about 60% that on the older CSPD series.
• The curly design of the cord from the transmitter case improves workability, and places less load on the fixed end of the cord to inhibit fraying.
• The CSPLD series is compliant with ISO 6789:2017 starting January 2022. For more information, see the technical data “Initiatives for ISO 6789:2017” at the bottom of the screen.

Note:

• The new CD5 version is the 1.4, launched in January 2018. When connected to a CSPLD torque wrench, its LED lamps show Pass/Fail judgments.
• For the CD5 version 1.3 and earlier, an AC adaptor (sold separately) is required for LED lamp Pass/Fail indications when connected to a CSPLD torque wrench. Contact Tohnichi for more information.
• Products are compliant with ISO 6789:2017 starting January 2022. Calibration Certificates will be different from older products.
