Application
Tightening count control for pokayoke prevention of human tightening errors
Features
- The R-FH256 receiver has been upgraded to the R-CM, which is downward compatible.
- Up until now, the 0.4 to 15N・m torque range was only for wired MS compact pokayoke (error-proofing) torque wrenches, but the T-FHP makes compact wireless pokayoke torque wrenches possible as well.
- When the set torque is reached, a tightened-to-completion signal is transmitted wirelessly. This makes it easy to create a wireless pokayoke system for preventing human tightening errors, and improves workability.
- The T-FHP can be mounted on the following torque wrenches: QL2N-MH, QL5N-MH, QL10N, QL10N-MH, QL15N, QL15N-MH, CL2NX8D-MH, CL5NX8D-MH, CL10NX8D, CL10NX8D-MH, CL15NX8D, CL15NX8D-MH, QSP12N4, CSP12N4X8D, QSPCA6N, QSPCA12N, SP2N2, SP8N2 and RSP8N2. Click the “See Availability & Price” button below to view a list of models the T-FHP can be mounted on.
- The T-FHP is operable with the same receiver and setting controller that use the FH256MC series of torque wrenches. So you can use it also with the FH256MC series wireless pokayoke (error-proofing) torque wrenches, reducing the cost of adopting the system.
- The same receiver and setting controller can be used with the new R-CM receiver and FHM.
- Battery life: Approx. 300,000 charges. Wireless transmission distance: Approx. 10 to 20 meters.
- The T-FHP conforms to telecommunication standards in Japan, the U.S., the EU, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Mexico, Vietnam, South Korea, and India. (Information valid as of June 2021.) For other countries, please contact Tohnichi.
- Except for some products, the T-FHP series is compliant with ISO 6789:2017 starting January 2022. For more information, see the technical data “Initiatives for ISO 6789:2017” at the bottom of the screen.
Specifications
Note:
- Click the “See Availability & Price” button below to view a list of torque wrench models the T-FHP can be mounted on.
- Modifications after purchase of an MS-type torque wrench cannot be made.
- Reinstallation from a conventional FHS transmitter to the T-FHP transmitter cannot be performed.
- One R-CM receiver can communicate with a maximum of four torque devices, but it does not function with a mixture of new and old telecommunication modes. (You can use the SB-FH2 setting controller to switch FHM and CSPFHW to the older telecommunication mode.)
- T-FHP series SI unit products (except mountable products QL2N-MH, QL5N-MH, CL2NX8D-MH, CL5NX8D-MH, and SP2N2) and metric unit models (except mountable products 20QL-MH, 50QL-MH, 20CL-MH, 50CL-MH, and SP2N2) are compliant with ISO 6789:2017 standards starting January 2022. Calibration Certificates will be different from older products. American unit products are not compliant with ISO 6789:2017.
