Features
The VB-2325 series 2-way solenoid valve opens and closes flow paths for non-corrosive water, oil, air, non-corrosive gases, and saturated steam.
This series features a design that minimizes fluid temperature impact on the electromagnetic section, making it ideal for high-temperature fluids up to 180℃.
A yoke isolates the valve body from the electromagnetic section, enabling the design of valves with custom signal switches or manual levers.
Furthermore, standardizing the valve body material to stainless steel (custom-made) allows its use for special chemical solutions and food-related applications.
Products other than 100A can operate up to a maximum pressure difference of 0.7MPa, so they have a wide range of use and are used for fluids other than room temperature.
A spring in the iron core ensures closure when off but weakens to reduce magnetic force loss when on, unsuitable for reverse pressure scenarios.
The DC electromagnetic operation unit features continuous Class B insulation, ensuring low risk of coil burnout even in valve malfunctions.
In addition, we have a surge suppressor and rectifier built into the terminal box, so we can manufacture it for either AC or DC.
The valve directly connects to the electromagnet, ensuring reliable operation even in the absence of pressure.
