MAGMAX® EGM4300C is a compact electromagnetic flowmeter. This is a combination of EGS4000 flange type primary head with PFA or PTFE lining and EGC300 newly developed high performance, high reliable converter.
EGM4300C offers improved Flow noise rejection and useful Self-diagnosis function such as various monitoring for the detector part.
Available size is from 10 to 1000 mm.
EGM4300C is most suitable for precise measurement of various kinds of conductive liquids such as chemicals.
Features
- High quality non-coloring PFA lining reinforced with a punched plate (Size: 25 to 150 mm) and Hastelloy® C electrodes are employed. High performance in corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and penetration resistance has been implemented.
- In addition to PFA and PTFE, various kinds of linings are lined up.
- High accuracy of ±0.5% of reading.
- High speed data processing for quick response. Suitable for batch control process and pulsating flow.
- Field current frequency can be adjusted up to twice of main frequency which is effective for slurry noise rejection.
- Self-diagnosis function such as empty detection, conductivity monitoring, electrode status monitoring and analog output monitoring is provided.
- Easily visible, blue dot matrix LCD indicator offers flexible indication by 1, 2 or 3 lines.
- Quick set-up function for easy data setting/change such as scale range, pulse rate, etc.
- All setting parameter can be set/changed by Infrared touch sensor without opening the housing cover.
- High pulse rate up to 10 kHz offers high resolution for short time batch process control.
- Pulse output, bi-directional flow measurement, double ranges, status output, control input, etc.
are provided as standard.
