TC-1000/2000 is a series of Thermal Mass Flow Controller which is consist of a thermal mass flowmeter and control valve.
Two pressure ratings are ready, they are; General version TC-1000 and High pressure version TC-2000. The measurement is free from the change in the operating pressure and temperature and very accurate control of various gases is possible.
Recommended Applications
- Constant flow supply of various gases
- Proportional mixing of two different gases in combination with Thermal Mass Flowmeter
