This carbide throwaway boring bar features a diamond-shaped insert, making it ideal for enlarging and boring workpiece holes. It’s a replaceable insert cutting tool designed for small lathes. The 8mm shank is compatible with most models in the Mr. Meister small machine tool series. The diamond-shaped carbide insert allows you to flip the insert when worn, allowing you to use two cutting edges with one insert. Replacement inserts are available in combinations of 1, 5, and 10 inserts.
