Features

• The slats mounted on the core roller are allowed to slide laterally in the direction that aligns the web toward the correct position.
• The extent of lateral displacement, including the inclination illustrated, is controlled by signals received from the sensor.
• Rubber plates installed on top of the slats are used to prevent slippage of the web, thereby ensuring stable and precise guiding performance.
• Materials such as standard TPE and silicone are utilized for these rubber components.
• The salt movement is driven by a mechanism composed of a DC motor and a ball screw, by which accurate positioning and extended service life are achieved.
• The core roller in the standard model is designed to be driven by the motion of the web itself.
• When required, mechanical drive systems using pulleys or motorized drive systems equipped with frequency inverter motors can be provided upon request.

◆ Center position control

• Center position control system aligns the web center with center of the associated machine.
  Two different types of sensors are available and there is no need to change sensor position even if width of the web changes.

◆Edge position control

• Edge position control system makes either left or right edge of the web run on the desired edge position.
  Sensor mounting bracket can be attached to adjust position of edge sensor for several edge sensors.
