A: Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) ⇔ C Heavy Fuel Oil, FuelPilot

1. This is a fuel oil mixing ratio adjustment method based on temperature management, with a track record of over 100 vessels for coastal ships with frequent port entry and departure. It guides the fuel oil from the service tank outlets of C heavy fuel oil and A heavy fuel oil to the FuelPilot control valve, where it is mixed. The exit temperature of the mixed fuel oil is input into the controller to determine how many degrees Celsius per minute the temperature changes, allowing for a slow and safe switch from A heavy fuel oil to C heavy fuel oil. Once the switch is complete, the control valve is fixed at 100% C heavy fuel oil.
2. It adjusts the temperature of the fuel oil before the main engine. The rise in temperature from A heavy fuel oil to the heating temperature of C heavy fuel oil is input into the controller, gradually and safely increasing the temperature of the fuel oil, and controls it to the set heating temperature of C heavy fuel oil.
3. Similar to the operation of switching from A heavy fuel oil to C heavy fuel oil in points 1 and 2, it also switches from C heavy fuel oil back to A heavy fuel oil.
