This is a machine designed and manufactured for processing tube-shaped marine parts. The spindle head moves left and right on the column in the C-axis, up and down in the Y-axis, and front and back in the Z-axis. After the end faces, inner diameter, and part of both sides of the workpiece are machined using the NC facing head, the facing head is manually replaced with an eccentric shaft boring head. For the inner diameter part, use this boring head to machine an eccentric R-shaped part for an oil pool. Large tube-shaped workpieces can be processed continuously on the same jig without changing setups, allowing for efficient and high-precision processing.
