Machine Overview

Machining the inner diameter, outer diameter, and end face of both ends of the cylinder, and transporting the workpiece.

Equipped with 500 type CNC facings on both left and right ends, the left unit can be moved.
By moving, it can handle a wide variety of workpiece lengths.
In order to handle workpieces φ40 to φ400, a 2-pod type
Facing is used. two pots facing
The position from the center is different, pot 1 has φ40 to φ200,
Pot 2 processes a workpiece of φ200 to φ400, and one facing
Adaptable to various diameters.
So that you can use different tools depending on the workpiece diameter and machining content,
It is also equipped with an ATC (automatic tool changer), so you can touch it after machining.
It also measures automatically with a probe.
