Overview

This is an in-line type transfer machine that performs a series of processes on the gas inlet without rotating the workpiece. A CNC facing unit with ATC is used in the final machining process to efficiently perform internal diameter machining and high-precision internal taper thread turning with no leakage. Workpieces are transported between STs using a gantry loader from above.
1ST: Carrying in 2ST: Drilling, external processing 3ST: External form, end face, internal chamfering 4ST: Idle
5ST: Neck ring assembly, roller forming – caulking 6ST: Idle
7, 8ST: Relief part, tapered part back boring, inner diameter Taper screw processing 9ST: Unloading
