Features

This is a special processing machine for drilling and cutting holes in the upper and lower guide rails for elevators. The workpiece fed onto the inlet magazine is automatically carried into the machine, bolt holes, counterbore holes, and back chamfering are processed, the workpiece is cut to a predetermined length, and then discharged into the outlet magazine.
At the entrance magazine, image recognition (camera) is used to identify the type of workpiece based on the cross-sectional shape. By reading the QR code pasted on the workpiece, it acquires the workpiece information, automatically identifies the applicable machining program, and starts machining.
The output magazine separates the cut products and scraps.
The product is carried out onto the outlet magazine, and the scraps are carried out to the scrap chute.
