This is a non-Freon, non-drain cooler that adopts the new refrigerant R-1234yf.
Features
- This refrigerant is used in common products utilized daily. You can use it with peace of mind.
- The Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) is zero. It is an extremely environmentally friendly refrigerant.
- No mandatory management required for various inspections or refrigerant recovery/destruction. Reduces maintenance and disposal costs. (Exempt from the Fluorocarbon Emission Control Law).
- Achieves non-drain operation by adopting a highly absorbent filter and utilizing the cooler’s exhaust heat to vaporize the drain water. Non-drain operation is realized even in high-temperature, high-humidity environments of ambient air 30°C and 80% humidity.

We offer a lineup of side-mounting non-drain coolers that can be used in environments where drainage water treatment in factories is an issue.
We completely vaporize the drain water and block drain discharge by adopting the cooler’s exhaust heat (heat exchanger) + a superior absorbent filter.
Because the cooler’s exhaust heat is utilized, there is no power consumption necessary for drain water treatment.
Non-drain operation is achieved even in high-temperature, high-humidity environments with ambient air 30°C and humidity 80%.
New Refrigerant R-1234yf Adopted!
R-1234yf was developed as a substitute refrigerant for R-134a, and has a lower Global Warming Potential compared to R-134a, making it an extremely environmentally friendly refrigerant.

Oil-Resistant Fan Adopted
In harsh environments where oil mist atmospheres or dust dance, the fan on the panel exterior side, which is susceptible to damage, has been changed to an oil-resistant fan.
This significantly reduces the effort and trouble of fan replacement work due to lifespan issues or failure in manufacturing sites.
