Multi-format converter compatible with AHD/HD-TVI/HD-CVI/CVBS signals

SC-MAC02 is a multi-format converter that supports AHD/HD-TVI/HD-CVI analog HD signals and CVBS analog signals.
It can convert each input signal to HDMI output and CVBS output, and also supports simultaneous output. Analog HD signals cannot be input to a monitor as is, but by using SC-MAC02, it is possible to display the image on a monitor with an HDMI input terminal.

Supports maximum input resolution of 2592 x 1944

SC-MAC02 supports input of analog HD camera resolutions of [ 1280×720 (p25,p30)], [ 1920×1080 (p25,p30)], [ 2560×1440 (p25,p30)], and [ 2592×1944 (p12,p20)]. Supporting analog HD from 1MP to 5MP allows video input from a wide range of models.

*Regarding output resolution
The output resolution is [1280×720 (p50,p60)], [1920×1080 (p50,p60)]. Please note that although input resolutions of [2560×1440 (p25,p30)], [2592×1944 (p12,p20)] are supported, the output resolution is limited to [1920×1080 (p50,p60)].

Introducing the Analog HD-HDMI Converter SC-MAC02

The SC-MAC02, an analog HD-compatible HDMI converter from SeeEyes, works with AHD, HD-TVI, and HD-CVI signals, which are the most common formats for coaxial security cameras. This device allows users to connect these analog HD signals to both HDMI and CVBS outputs.

Since general monitors cannot directly receive AHD, HD-TVI, or HD-CVI video signals, users typically need a security digital recorder that supports these formats. However, if recording is not necessary and the goal is simply to display the video, the SC-MAC02 offers a convenient solution. It enables users to view analog HD security camera footage on any monitor equipped with an HDMI input.

In terms of resolution, the SC-MAC02 accepts input resolutions of 1280 x 720, 1920 x 1080, 2560 x 1440, and 2592 x 1944. It also works with 4MP coaxial cameras. However, regardless of the input resolution, the maximum output resolution remains 1920 x 1080. This means that even when connecting a 4MP camera, the video output will still be limited to Full HD (1920 x 1080).

This converter proves useful in various scenarios, especially when recording is unnecessary, and real-time monitoring is the priority. It provides a straightforward way to view footage from AHD, HD-TVI, or HD-CVI cameras without the need for a security recorder.
