This is a fixed type dresser that can dress spot welding tips built into robots, etc.
This machine is designed for high torque, so there is no need to adjust the gun pressure.
Cutting is performed with the same pressure as in line work, improving the concentricity of the upper and lower tips.
Cutting is performed by repeatedly rotating left and right, and the built-in air blower improves chip removal.
Because it is driven by an air motor, it is smaller and lighter than electric types, and can be freely installed on lines with limited space.
