Yokota YS-e900 Battery System Wrench
Product Made In Japan
Manufacturer: Yokota Industrial Co., Ltd.
Model: YS-e900
Features
-
- Small and lightweight thanks to strain gauge and DC detection method
- High tightening accuracy and automatic stop function.
Torque sensor: Our unique direct spindle detection method constantly monitors torque. The tool automatically stops at the set torque.
Ultra-miniature angle sensor (PAT): Equipped with an ultra-miniature rotary encoder, it detects the rotation angle and direction in 1-degree increments.
-
- Direct drive provides low vibration, low noise, and low reaction force
- A newly developed outer rotor motor was adopted. Controller and driver functions are built into the tool.
A newly developed torquey, high-speed motor. In conventional power tools, motor output is amplified by planetary gears, but by developing a dedicated motor specialized for tightening, we have achieved a gearless system. Tightening can be done more smoothly with less vibration, less gear noise, a more compact size, and lighter weight.
- Non-contact trigger, reverse lever
- Built-in buzzer/LED notifies fastening results and abnormalities
- Heat generation countermeasures. Equipped with a motor fan
- Uses a battery with a remaining charge indicator
- Impulse (oil pulse) mechanism
