“TS600 Series” provides sharp and clear thermal image by the latest high sensitive & resolution VGA (640 x 480 pixel) detector.
High Accuracy
“TS600 Series” enables you to make measurements with an ±2°C or ±2% accuracy of reading. This meets the needs in the markets of process monitoring.
Wide Range up to 1500°C

- Temperature monitoring of die-casting metal mold
- Temperature monitoring of furnace materials on steel mills or plants
- Temperature monitoring of metal or glass products
Smaller, Lighter & Lower-Power Consumption
We have achieved to reduce the volume by about 50%, the weight by about 30% and the power consumption by about 20% compared “TS610” with our conventional model.
“SDK” is standard accessory
You can develop your unique system and application software by bundled Software Development Kit (SDK).
Features of TS600 series
- “TS600 series” can be added on to existing control systems via Ethernet by connecting to Modbus-compatible devices and DCS (Distributed Control System) such as Data Logger.
- “TS600 series” corresponds to ONVIF (Open Network Video Interface Forum) protocol which is generally used in video surveillance system. Therefore, the camera can easily add on to the network of existing video surveillance system. Additionally, NTSC/PAL video output is available.
- Maximum 32 monitoring areas can be set to free shapes by using bundled software “Remote Program”.
- Masking of excluded areas from monitoring can be also setting.
- “Dual Alarm System” can be built by using “Alarm Signal Output Function” on-board this camera and alarm signal output of PC. That will be helpful to avoid un-monitoring caused by abnormality communication system.
- “Wired Remote Control Unit” is very useful for easy and efficiently setting camera when adjustment and maintenance.
