Application

Indexable insert covers almost kind of machining, such as back turning, front turning, cut off, grooving, threading etc. The insert material can be selected from various type of micro grain carbides, PCD and Cermets grade.

Multi Clamp Holder ™

Application

These tool holders are best used with ceramic inserts for machining of casting iron and heat resistant alloy.

Features

Three types of inserts can be used by changing the clamp (Double-clamp, Dimple-clamp, and Top-Clamp) with rigid clamping force.

Application

This product is used for face boring and face grooving process of small parts.

Features

The FBV type can be performed to a depth of 4.0mm in the boring process. The FGV Type lines up from a minimum diameter of φ6 and a groove width of 1.0mm.

CUT DUO ™

Application

This product is used for the process of cutting off tiny parts. It is available in a maximum diameter of φ20 and φ25.4.
