Application
- Inspection Process at Production Sites: During the production process, products are first classified into two groups: acceptable items and defective ones. Defective products are further categorized based on the nature of their specific issues, with each occurrence of a defect being timestamped, and its frequency recorded.Event and Venue Analysis: Whether it’s at events, shops, or facilities, you can gain insights into distribution and trends within a specific timeframe by recording the entry times and the number of attendees by age and gender.
Production Monitoring: Every occurrence of equipment downtime is meticulously documented, complete with a timestamp, to monitor the causes of stoppages.
Time Study: The duration of each step within the workflow is accurately measured to analyze work durations for various tasks and processes.
