The solenoid valve delivers thin, compact performance, making it ideal for space-restricted equipment designs. First, its 10 mm (0.394 in.) width and 65.4 mm (2.575 in.) length create a streamlined profile that saves valuable installation space. Additionally, the valve supplies a large flow rate thanks to its compact yet efficient body. With a sonic conductance of C = 0.6 dm³/(s·bar) and an effective area of S = 3.0 mm² (Cv: 0.17), it reliably supports cylinder bores up to φ40.

The valve also ensures a quick response, improving overall system productivity. When energized, it responds in 6 ms or less, and when de-energized, it reacts in 7 ms or less, especially in quick-response single-solenoid models. Furthermore, it maintains lower power consumption, using only 0.55 W for standard types or 0.15 W for low-current types, which helps reduce operating costs.

This compact valve series also improves reliability. The upgraded solenoid and stem structure enhances durability, responsiveness, and long-term performance. Moreover, its environmental protection features, such as moisture-resistant grommet-type valves, ensure dependable operation even in challenging conditions.

Users can also choose optional features to improve installation flexibility. For example, the A-type manifold (base-piping style) mounts easily on a DIN rail, simplifying equipment setup and future maintenance.
