Automatic Mode: Operators set the required discharge rate directly in “L/h”, prompting the system to adjust stroke length and frequency automatically.
Pressure Display & Protection: Virtual monitoring tracks discharge pressure via solenoid load, automatically stopping the pump during abnormalities like deadhead operation.
External Signal Control: Supports pulse inputs, analog signals, and remote ON/OFF control.
Timer Operation: Schedules automatic operations by day of the week and specific time.
Diagnostics & Detection
Anomaly Detection: Detects pressure abnormalities, gas locks, and analog signal input errors.
Flow Monitoring Integration: Connects directly to contact-output flow monitors and dedicated “DULCOFLOW” metering pump flow meters.
Optional Features
Diaphragm Leak Detection: Detects liquid leaks if a diaphragm ruptures during operation, immediately halting the pump.
Alarm Relay Output: Emits a non-voltage contact signal during pump faults or low chemical tank levels.
Pacing Relay Output: Emits a non-voltage contact signal with each diaphragm stroke.
