What is ProMix?
Conventional systems inject sterilizing agents or flocculants using fixed-volume or simple proportional control. However, fluctuating raw water quality and pump conditions constantly alter the actual chemical demand, exceeding the capabilities of traditional fixed or single-variable injection setups.
Tohkemy’s ProMix system overcomes these limitations by integrating secondary control triggers—such as turbidity—alongside primary flow metrics. This multi-variable strategy enables precise, dynamic chemical dosing that adapts continuously to real-time water conditions.

The water quality is measured before the chemical injection point, _and the difference from the target value is the chemical injection.
Example) If the water quality concentration in the previous stage is 0.3 mg / L _and the target value is 0.5 mg / L, perform drug injection at 0.2 mg / L (× correction coefficient).<Flow rate proportional + PID feedback>
The water quality is measured after the drug injection point, _and the drug injection rate is controlled to approach the target value while changing it by proportional control or PID control compared to the target value.
