Note:
The maximum instantaneous and continuous holding torque values apply when using the Kitagawa QUINTE controller;however, these values may differ during 4th-axis operation.To reduce tact time, you can hold using only motor torque instead of the mechanical brake.In this case, be sure to use the maximum continuous holding torque.Without the brake, the motor actively holds the position while stopped.However, if power fails or a servo alarm occurs, it loses position, and as a result, the table may rotate during startup.Furthermore, when installing the RK201 on a FANUC RoboDrill, the motor changes to αiF8/3000-B, which means the specifications will also change.
