AF1-111 Air type drill unit (motor directly connected type)

AF 1-111Features

  1. It is an energy saving unit of electricity for driving and air for cutting (cutting feed is a hydraulic checker control).
  2. Adjustment of stroke of full stroke / fast forward can be set easily with knob.
  3. Conversion of the rotation number of the spindle is extremely easy by replacing the speed change pulley (option).
  4. The drive motor is a safety design with built-in thermo switch.
  5. We devised a connection part between the quill and the regulator, and stable drilling accuracy can be obtained.
  6. The hydraulic oil tank is built in the main body, and the trouble of supplemental oil is greatly reduced.
  7. The main body is an aluminum monolithic structure and has excellent rigidity.
  8. It is compact and lightweight making it ideal for various specialization.

Adjustable adapter [φ16 × 1 (AF 1) φ 19 × 1 (AF 2)] can be mounted on the spindle end, which is extremely convenient when aligning the dimensions to the tip of the tool such as when polishing or replacing the drill.
