TERAOKA SEISAKUSHO 5120 0.17 Epoxy resin impregnated tape

Product Made in Japan
Manufacturer: TERAOKA SEISAKUSHO
Model: 5120 0.17
The No. 5000 series epoxy resin-based tape is an adhesive tape made with a highly adhesive liquid epoxy resin that hardens with heat.
Even hardening ensures a smooth-looking exterior and provides superior adhesive and electrical insulation properties.
Usage method
(1) Clean the object surface by removing all dirt, dust, moisture and oil.
(2) Apply the tape and add pressure.
(3) Apply heat to harden (recommended conditions: 150ºC x 30 minutes).
*Note: cool storage required.
Structure of 5120 0.17

Features
- Flexibility
- Heat resistance
- With both side tacked
Uses of 5120 0.17
- Electrical insulation and exterior of coil, transformers, etc
- Fixing parts requires strong shear adhesive strength
- For fixing parts requires strong heat-resistant adhesive
- Fixing parts required complete hardening
