Various Kinds of Shaped Steel Bars Can Be Handled.
Cutting can be executed on various kinds of shaped steel bars, such as H/I beams, angle bars, C channels and square hollow sections.
High-accuracy Cutting Available up to t12 mm Hollow Sections.
Bundle Cutting is Possible.
Two square or round hollow sections can be bundled when cutting. Workpiece setup can be done simply by aligning their front ends or tail ends. In addition, they can be loaded automatically using an autoloader.
Carbide Tipped / HSS Saw Blades Usable
In addition to a carbide-tipped saw blade, an HSS (high-speed steel) saw blade suitable for cutting thin steels, such as square hollow sections, round hollow sections and C-purlins, can be installed to achieve clean cutting with less noise. Also, the blade can be changed quickly and with ease.
