Principle/Structure

The system instantly injects air from the bottom of the tank, storing it in the air receiver.

The system brings all powder and granules in the tank to a boiling state to perform mixing.

The system exhausts the blown air through a filter located above.

Mixed simulation

When examining the number of air injections and the mixing progress for a 1:1 mixture of the two types of powders A and B, it falls within the range of the above curve, and almost complete mixing can be achieved with 7 injections.
By devising the filling method for A and B, the number of air injections can be reduced
